Nasdaq, S&P 500 Pull Back From Records

Shares of Nvidia took a hit on Thursday, causing the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite to fall from their record highs. The S&P 500 ended the day down by 0.3% after briefly surpassing 5500 in intraday trading. The Nasdaq Composite also dipped by 0.8%, ending a streak of record closes. In contrast, the Dow Jones Industrial Average bucked the trend and rose by 0.8%, gaining around 300 points.
